What happened to the free assessment?
The free assessment was part of the PartnerMatch AI pilot program. After hundreds of diagnostic readouts, we’ve closed the pilot and moved to a subscription model. You can still see exactly what PartnerMatch AI delivers by exploring the full Example Company readout above.
What happened to the $49 and $199 options?
Those were pilot-era offerings and are no longer available. PartnerMatch AI is now offered exclusively through subscription plans.
Why a subscription instead of a one-time report?
Partnership strategy isn’t a one-time decision. Companies, markets, priorities, and ecosystems change, and a single report only answers one question at one point in time. A subscription gives you a running capability instead of a one-time snapshot: a set number of full assessments every month, so you can revisit your own strategy, evaluate a new partner, or research a prospect whenever the need comes up.
What is an assessment?
One assessment is one complete PartnerMatch AI analysis, the same depth and structure you can see in the Example Company readout above. You can use an assessment to analyze your own company, evaluate a potential partner, explore a strategic relationship, research another company, or revisit your ecosystem as your strategy evolves.
Can I use my assessments on companies other than my own?
Yes. Every plan lets you use your monthly assessments however you want: analyze your own company, research a prospect or potential partner, check in on an existing partner relationship, or evaluate another company entirely. The choice is yours each time.
What happens if I run out of assessments partway through the month?
Your dashboard will let you know you’re out, and you can either upgrade to a higher tier, which grants your new plan’s full assessment count immediately rather than at your next renewal, or wait for your next billing cycle, when your plan’s monthly allotment resets.
Do unused assessments roll over to the next month?
No. Your assessment count resets to your plan’s monthly allotment at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and predictable rather than accumulating an unused balance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Upgrading grants your new plan’s full assessment count immediately. Downgrading keeps your current assessments untouched for the rest of the billing cycle, with the lower allotment applying starting next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription anytime from your dashboard through our secure billing portal. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period, and every assessment you’ve already generated stays accessible after that.
